Late, Cancellation, Refund and Credit Card Policies

 

Tardiness:

 

We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time to their appointments. Clients are encouraged to communicate in advance if they anticipate being late or if they need to reschedule. Skin Deep Naples has a strict 10 minute late policy. If you do not arrive within the 10 minute late policy, your appointment will be marked as a “no-show” and the cancellation fee will apply.

 

Cancellation:

 

Here at Skin Deep Naples, we do our best to make sure that once you are scheduled you feel seen, heard, and planned for. In doing so, we make sure rooms are sanitized and set up ahead of treatment, staffing is sufficiently structured, and all machinery is on. We do our best to always run on schedule, we realize your time is valuable and we want you to know that we appreciate you spending some of your time with us.

 

Due to all of these considerations, a 24-hour cancellation policy is required. If you cannot make your appointment or need to reschedule, we kindly ask that you give us 24-hour notice so we may adjust accordingly. If 24-hour notice is not given, or there is a no-show, there will be a $50, non-refundable, non-transferable cancellation fee.

 

A credit card number is required to secure all appointments, and will be kept on file and charged ONLY in the event of a Late Cancellation or No Show. 

 

We appreciate your understanding and we look forward to servicing your needs.

 

 

Refunds:

 

NO refunds on products or services. A credit will be issued for unopened, unused skin care products returned within 14 days of purchase.

 

Credit Card Policy:

 

Effective April 1st 2024, Skin Deep Naples will implement a 3% processing fee for all credit card transactions. This fee will be applied to the total transaction amount and will be reflected in the payment receipt.

 

Consultation Policy

To ensure that we provide you with the best possible experience and personalized recommendations, we have implemented a Consultation Fee Policy as follows:

 

$75 - Injectable consultation

$50 - Skincare consultation

$190 - Semaglutide consultation

 

The consultation fee covers the time and expertise of our experienced professionals during your personalized consultation. Should you decide to proceed with the service, the consultation fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service. This way, you receive value for your consultation investment!

 

A credit card number is required to secure all appointments, and will be kept on file and charged ONLY in the event of a Late Cancellation or No Show. 

 

If you decide to not proceed with a service, the consultation fee will be non-transferable and non-refundable. It also may not be used for the purchase of products.

 

We believe this approach allows us to offer you the highest quality of service while ensuring your investment in the consultation is recognized and valued.
